Formación

  • More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or/and digital transformation/omnichannel.
  • Advanced English – Fluency in spoken and written business English (required).

About You

The purpose of the Medical Digital Manager position is to lead and oversee all digital medical strategies across the organization, building Digital Omnichannel capabilities and mindset across the Medical Team. To drive the comprehensive Digital Medical strategy through digital assets to deliver scientific communication plans for all therapeutic areas (TA). Responsible for implementing and monitoring Medical Activation Plans, ensuring seamless integration between Medical and Digital Engagement/Omnichannel initiatives, and developing digital capabilities across the medical organization.

Main Responsibilities

1. Medical Digital Strategy Leadership

  • Lead all digital medical strategies and digital assets management

2. Omnichannel Transformation

  • Drive omnichannel evolution and digital mindset, serving as a role model in the development and metrics of omnichannel customer journeys

3. KPI Management and Analytics

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, apply predictive analytics, and generate comprehensive medical dashboards

4. Key Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage digital engagement with HCPs across all platforms (eCME, e‑Events, e‑Congresses, CAMPUS) and establish Sanofi as a key digital partner for DOLs and KOLs

5. Digital Capabilities Development

  • Collaborate with Training teams to develop digital skills programs and lead the Digital Capability Plan for the Medical Department

6. Compliance and Technical Coordination

  • Ensure digital compliance with Sanofi policies and local regulations, coordinating with IT teams for apps and websites development and maintenance
  • Drive digital transformation and share best practices across all therapeutic areas, developing digital capability frameworks for medical teams

Education

University Graduate.

Business/Technology track

Business Administration with focus on Digital Transformation, Information Technology Management, Digital Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Informatics, or Digital Marketing with healthcare experience.

Previous Experience

More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or/and digital transformation/omnichannel.

Language

Advanced English – Fluency in spoken and written business English (required).
