  • Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
  • Scope: 3 manufacturing plants
  • Team: NPI Analyst, Warehouse Analyst, Industrial Engineer, Data Master, Strategic Materials Analyst
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
  • Drive data governance, ERP integration, and BOM accuracy
  • Optimize inventory control, warehouse execution, and forecasting
  • Apply lean principles to improve material flow and labor productivity
  • Champion change management and cross‑functional alignment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years in materials/supply chain in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems)
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
