A leading powersports manufacturer is seeking a Materials Flow Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico. This role involves designing and optimizing material movement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining efficiency in production processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 2 years of experience in materials flow, and proficiency in ERP systems like Excel and Power BI. Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, and warehouse teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency.
  • Optimize line-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Support inbound logistics and internal part distribution.
  • Collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules.
  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of internal logistics and material flow principles
Experience with ERP systems and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
