A leading filtration technology company located in Aguascalientes is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes. This role involves documentation preparation, supporting production runs, and resource optimization. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and 3-5 years of experience. The position requires strong process understanding and proficiency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Interpretation of standards and requirements, process recipe adjustments, knowledge of APD and CQP processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and prepare documentation for the various requirements within the stages of the manufacturing process.
• Support pilot runs/PPAP and ensure the first production run.
• Collect information to define strategies and prioritize improvement projects.
• Develop recipes for different products and processes (based on APD, CQP, Kaizen).
• Focus on resource optimization.
• Train operating personnel on critical processes.
• Participate in environmental management system audits.
