A manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a motivated engineer to conduct time and motion studies, analyze production processes, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronic Engineering, with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles are preferred. Competitive salary and opportunities for growth available.

  • Conduct time and motion studies across different production areas.
  • Analyze results and propose improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and line balancing.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of manufacturing routes and standard times.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, layout optimization, and workspace definition.
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to improve resource and material planning.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to assigned projects.
  • Support the implementation of new lines or equipment, ensuring proper layout and material flow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or industrial engineering (internship or prior experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of time and motion studies, process analysis, and line balancing.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Ability to read process diagrams and engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency with layout design software (AutoCAD or similar).
  • Intermediate English level – able to write and respond to emails and technical reports with technological assistance.
