The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mxico - Tlalpan location in the CRM division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.

This position will support the Commercial Country manager as well as lead all financial planning forecasting processes and analysis activities of the business. This role will provide accurate and timely financial reporting ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and provide finance leadership support for day-to-day activities / ad-hoc requests to the Country Manager and other members of the organization.

What Youll Do

• Manage efficient FP&A processes that leads to timely forecast development and analysis to support monthly sales estimates annual plan and quarterly estimates.
• Closely work with commercial supply chain demand marketing to manage inventory and support new product launches.
• Closely work with local shared service finance team to manage collections audits and month-end close process.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial support including financial modeling and analysis for ongoing key business initiatives and new tenders.
• Assist with preparation of financial presentations and KPIs to be shared with senior leaders within the organization.
• Provide financial guidance to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott financial policies and local compliance.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years of combined experience in accounting or financial planning and analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Candidate must possess strong technical skills (e.g. Excel Power Point) with ability to learn systems quickly. Experience with SAP and multi dimensional databases.
• Self sufficient with ability to meet project timelines.
• Knowledge and application of financial planning and accounting concepts procedures and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems and exercise independent decision making.
• Requires strong analytical skills.
• Experience establishing new processes and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills self-starter with ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
