A leading automotive company in Toluca is seeking a dedicated maintenance supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with teams across shifts, and perform risk assessments to maintain high availability and quality of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Control the maintenance planning and coordinate activities across shifts.
• Verify and assure the accomplishment of quality maintenance activities.
• Define and assure calibration of critical equipment.
• Supervise basic conditions of the equipment.
• Perform risk assessment and evaluation for daily operations.

• Control the maintenance planning and who executes each activity. In case the correction is not finish during his shift, he coordinates to continue in the following shifts, select and develop the maintenance skill trades to interevent in a corrective or preventive activity.
• Verify and assure the accomplishment of quality maintenance activities.
• Define and assure calibration of critical equipment.
• Supervision for basic conditions of the equipment.
