Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities. Ensure that all maintenance activities are planned to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. Ensure that all necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are available when needed.
• Documentation: Utilize CMMS to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment failures and extend the lifespan of assets.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and supplies. Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to support maintenance activities without excessive stockpiling.
• Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual – English language.
