Overview

About this Position The Logistics Process Analyst will support U.S. logistics operations through hands-on monitoring, data capture reconciliation, and process analysis. This role acts as a key back-office function focused on identifying root causes of operational issues, driving process improvements, and standardizing logistics procedures. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing logistics workflows across domestic and international operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual data entry, monitoring, and reconciliation activities for U.S. logistics operations.
  • Serve as a back-office support for logistics execution, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, transportation, and warehouse teams to implement process improvements.
  • Support the implementation and standardization of logistics processes across regions and systems.
  • Utilize TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and SAP to analyze and optimize logistics performance.
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide analytical insights to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics performance.
  • Support international logistics activities and ensure compliance with global trade and customs regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, process analysis, or supply chain support.
  • Hands-on experience with TMS, WMS, and SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of international logistics and trade regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced English.
