Lead cross-border trade operations ensuring regulatory compliance (USMCA/IMMEX) and cost-efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Management
  • Oversee customs processes per Mexican/US regulations (Annex 24C/30, USMCA rules of origin)
  • Manage trade programs (PROSEC, Eighth Rule) and SAT filings
• Certifications & Classification
  • Maintain CTPAT/OEA and VAT certifications
  • Direct HS Code classification and customs clearance
• Operational Efficiency
  • Supervise In Bond operations with CBP/customs brokers
  • Reduce customs penalties and logistics costs (transport/warehousing)

Experience

• 3-5 years as IMMEX Specialist in maquiladora industry
