A leading automotive components company in Apodaca, Nuevo León is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer demand and ensure timely supply of raw materials. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, a bachelor's degree or relevant experience, and a high level of English. This role involves daily monitoring of shipment plans and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service.
  • Experience with customer portals essential for OEM/Tier 1.
  • High level of English proficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer demand, shipment plans, and past‑due performance.
  2. Ensure the timely supply of raw materials and inputs to meet the production schedule.
  3. Integration of customer, supplier, and pricing databases to support decision‑making.
  4. Control and tracking shipments.
  5. Production and material control based on specific requirements.
  6. Control of finished product inventories and efficient resource utilization.
  7. Daily review/monitoring of client portals.
  8. Ensure availability of empty packaging in plants for finished product.
  9. Monitor/follow communication systems with clients in system.
What skills and qualifications should you ideally have to become part of our team?
  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  2. 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (Essential).
  3. Customer portals (Essential for OEM / Tier 1).
  4. High English level (Essential).
  5. Knowledge in process related to the C-TPAT Certification.
  6. Knowledge in process related to the IATF Certification.
  7. Inventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving.
