Una empresa de logística internacional busca un candidato para un puesto administrativo que implique la coordinación de actividades operativas y atención al cliente. Se requiere un alto nivel de servicio y Excel, así como inglés fluido. Ideal para quienes tienen experiencia en facturación y desea desarrollarse en un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities and local customer service.
While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.
Handle escalated or more complex issues
Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff
Support supervisor or manager activities
Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures
Researches, resolves and answers customer inquiries on service failures and billing problems applying customer relations policies.
Monitors that batches of airway bills are manifested, and duty and tax paperwork are submitted for invoicing in a timely manner.
Issue credits / debits to customer accounts as warranted.
Maintains management and related departments updated on new, crucial and recurring problems.
Verifies accuracy of customer invoices and mails them out.
Keeps accurate, organized and updated records of invoice registers, duties and taxes, airway bills, customer files and all other related paperwork.
Prepares cash receipts and bank deposits.
Ensures 100% daily billing (internal FedEx-Bso).
Generates reporter for daily reimbursement to FedEx internal AA.
Generates RODr reports.
Generates reports for billing collection BSO same day collection.
Application collections system ORACLEAR.
GCCS application.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
High School Degree / Equivalent.
Three (3) years experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable and / or 18 months experience as a Billing Clerk.
Excellent customer service and communications skills (oral and written).
Clear and articulate speaking voice.
Light typing (35 WPM) and experience operating a CRT.
Word-processing and Spreadsheets experience a plus.
Licenciatura en contaduría preferente experiencia en procesos de facturación y cobranza excelente manejo de Excel tablas dinámicas, ingles fluido verbal y escrito habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, excelente trato con clientes, actitud de trabajo en equipo, disponibilidad de horario, lugar de trabajo FedEx Aduana Aeropuerto de Toluca.
