Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to rotate shifts (4x3).
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.
• Trains and develops hourly team members.
• Achieves production schedules by applying lean manufacturing principles.

Conocimientos

Team collaboration

Basic to intermediate English proficiency

Educación
