• 10+ years of experience in Tableau (desktop, cloud, prep).
• 5+ years of experience in SQL (Snowflake/AWS preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• 5+ years of experience building end-to-end data pipelines.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards for workforce analytics.
• Develop and maintain single sources of truth for business data.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases.
