A bachelor's degree and significant experience in multinational recruitment are required, along with excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Formación

• 5 - 7 years experience in multinational companies.
• At least 2 years experience in Brazil and Argentina recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and manage recruitment activity.
• Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Coach and advise Hiring Managers using recruitment data.
