This role involves ensuring clients achieve success using the retail planning platform and requires experience in retail planning operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years in retail planning operations like supply chain or inventory management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding and training to drive product adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Help clients understand their retail planning goals and track progress.
• Monitor usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities.
