What the day will look like
  • Accountable for supporting LATAM regional business strategy and requirements, through delivery in global product operating model, with global standards from regional requirements and local regulatory needs.
  • Accountable to partner with regional COOs and regional leadership to deploy and drive adoption of global and regional technologies.
  • Responsible for local and regional applications, including roadmap development to drive application retirement, lifecycle management and enhancements.
  • Contribute to development of roadmap development with product owners to ensure regional and countries requirements are included in product roadmap.
  • Advocate for adoption of leverage capabilities and products across regions.
  • Aligning to ensure global governance, architecture and standard to deliver consistent solutions.
  • Drive process changes that align with business and product strategy.
  • Primary POC for all things technology in the region.
  • Develop and align to initiatives in the portfolio that meets the ambitions of product adoption and regional and country requirements.
  • Ensure joint initiatives are set up for success and align with the corporate strategy.
  • Communicate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.

We lead and work as a global team with shared priorities. The role will be required to lead significant change and impact across the organization, while working as a team to simplify the complex, handle trade‑offs, and serve clients and colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Significant experience in leading a regional technology team in a global organization navigating global vs. regional vs. local priorities including application delivery, infrastructure, and technology operations.
  • Strong leadership and the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to understand business strategy and desired outcomes, to translate into technology requirements.
  • Define and drive business value through delivery of technology solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships across all levels within the organization both local and global.
  • Experience in working with Enterprise Architecture to map technology needs to existing capabilities to deliver requirements to clients and colleagues.
  • Must be a strategic thinker, have the ability to solve problems, with high energy and focus.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to create a culture of collaboration.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presenting skills.
  • Well versed in HR and finance competencies to support the role.
