The Labor Relations Strategic Lead develops and delivers employee and labor relations services in accordance with the organization’s policies, legal, and regulatory requirements to help build a workplace culture that values employee wellbeing and fairness. As a recognized subject matter authority in employee and labor relations, this job provides thought leadership on the development and implementation of highly complex employee and labor relations policies and procedures and provides recommendations and consultation on how to handle employee and labor relations issues, while building a positive employee experience. This job also identifies and implements opportunities for improvement, and negotiates collective bargaining agreements.
