A Team Member Restaurant Leader will be responsible for coordinating the Team Member restaurant to ensure the cleanliness order and balance of food to provide an excellent experience for our Team Members while supporting the team and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What will I do

As a Restaurant Leader you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the team as well as serving team members.

  • Assign tables and tasks to your team.
  • Request the necessary number of members from the Cooperative based on demand.
  • Identify operational needs of the sector and report to the supervisor.
  • Follow procedures according to the checklist.
  • Coordinate the work of all team members to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Transfer goods and materials between sectors.
  • Support the supervisor with bureaucratic matters and team development.
  • Track monthly Food and Beverage inventories.
