A creative workspace in Monterrey is seeking an IT Hero to ensure all technology functions efficiently. You will manage tech support, monitor network health, and assist staff with technical challenges. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in technical support, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and various perks, including vacation and personal time off.

Servicios

Hybrid Schedule (Mon-Thurs in office, Fri remote)

12 vacation days after the 1st anniversary

Early Friday shift ends 2 hours early last Fri of the month

4 personal hours monthly

5 sick days per year

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Technical Support.
• Strong technical background.
• Capable of explaining complex information in simple terms.
• Loves order and structure.
• Good analytical skills.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Good customer care skills.
• Accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize hardware, software, and network capabilities.
• Provide fast, friendly technical assistance.
• Monitor network health proactively.
• Manage and set up hardware for new hires.
• Identify and manage software licenses.
• Ensure all printers are operational.
• Maintain online inventory of equipment.
• Document technical knowledge.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual issues during events.
• Educate community on backup processes.
