A financial services company in Mexico is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its international IT team. The role involves solving user issues, supporting an online loan management platform, and collaborating with various IT teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong English skills and at least 2 years of Helpdesk experience. This position is a part of our international IT Team. Currently we are building international IT Operations team, which will be providing IT services for different regions and of course Mexico with strong plans for expansion on new markets worldwide. We are not a corporation but a truly global start-up with its own culture focused on delivery and effectiveness.
