A global technology company is seeking a professional to contribute to the evaluation of complex applications and identify system requirements. The role involves enhancing communication on system improvements, managing hardware and software implementations, and supporting IT applications. Ideal candidates have a solid skill set developed through training or experience. This is a diverse and inclusive workplace located in Querétaro, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes actively to the evaluation of new and complex applications and identification of new system requirements.
• Contributes to the communication and presentations on system enhancements.
• Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades.
• Troubleshoots problems with software on a third level.
• Applies procedures and protocols for software.
• Contributes to the conception of new business requirements and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP).
• Implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services.
• Manages capacity allocation and alignment with Team Leads.
• Responsible and accountable for IT application support & monitoring of one IT application.
• Ensures adherence to defined SLAs, acts as escalation level if incidents are stuck, assigns incidents and tracks the execution state.

• Implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services
