Job Description

Support operations and manufacturing teams across the Americas region. Enable cost transparency, drive productivity, and support long‑term planning through financial analysis, dashboarding, and collaboration with site and finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operational Performance Analysis: Analyze manufacturing‑related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning: Support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges.
• Data Analysis, Visualization & AI Integration: Perform data analysis, build dashboards using Power BI, implement AI‑driven forecasting and automation.
• Productivity & Cost Control: Drive productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing site operations
  Collaborate with finance and operations teams, assist in modeling and business cases, and support improvement initiatives. Provide support to the functional teams in the creation of dashboards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in financial/operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing and Supply Chain within the Americas region.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of KPIs and cost structures, financial modeling, ERP systems, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools.
• Soft Skills: Analytical and problem‑solving skills, communication and presentation abilities, and ability to manage priorities.
• Culture Fit: Agility, innovation, continuous learning, and high performance in a fast‑paced environment.
