JOB SUMMARY
As a ISC Operations Manager , this role will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. Will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.
Will report directly to Plant Director and work out in Tijuana, Mexico location on a regular work schedule.
This role, will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing processes and making strategic decisions, enhance efficiency, cut costs, and align strategies with business goals. Focus on risk mitigation and technology integration ensures a resilient and competitive edge.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and integrate procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain, focusing on cost reduction and service improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and make data-driven recommendations for planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of supply chain strategies.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
