We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of a range of learning experiences, including: video-based, HTML, instructor-led, blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project updates and status.
• Design and implement learning content using tools like Google Workspace (Google’s productivity suite), Evolvel, and Rise

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g. instructor-led training, elearning, microlearning).
• BA/BS degree in Learning Design, Creative Writing, English, Education, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to make complex technical concepts clear, concise, and easily understandable.
• Experience with Evolve, and other eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate Rise).
• 1-2 years experience in video editing, including familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills, and a track record of delivery and impact.
• Knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
• Ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations.
