A leading sustainability ratings firm in Mexico City is seeking a motivated individual to support customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing the Americas market, identifying upsell opportunities, and communicating value to customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service, full proficiency in English and Spanish, and at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
