A leading distributor of thermoplastic resins located in Mexico City is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer territories and drive sales growth. This role focuses on establishing relationships and achieving sales goals through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a solution-based selling approach.

The Inside Sales Representative will manage a sales territory of existing customers that provides growth consistent with strategic goals. As the Inside Sales Representative, the person will be responsible for establishing strong relationships via phone, identifying and closing additional business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, personable, and an ambitious individual who can quickly learn a complex business.
