A leading global manufacturer is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer in Mexico, Chihuahua. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Candidates should have an engineering degree, solid knowledge in the metal mechanic industry, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CAD and Lean Manufacturing tools is a plus. Job Overview

We are looking for the next Manufacturing Engineer to join the Hubbell family.

A Day In The Life

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance production capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
  • Equipment & Tooling: Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling to support production operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Cost Reduction: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality.
  • Implementation of 5S activities and safety improvements in the area.
  • Support to production, QA, and planning in daily work.
