A renowned agricultural equipment manufacturer in Apodaca, Nuevo León is seeking an entry-level Industrial Safety Coordinator to perform data analysis and support health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting audits, and analyzing data to mitigate risks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities

This is an entry‑level position into the safety profession. Performs structured assignments that require analysis and interpretation of data and regulations to determine potential problems and recommended action. Works under general direction.

  • Follow the organization's health and safety policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
  • Apply concepts as red tag (Change managements), Risk reduction activities strategy.
  • Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues. Advise more senior colleagues on more complex problems.
  • Deliver audit assignments in nominated client areas. Develop individual audit plans and detailed scope, deliver the fieldwork, report findings and opinions, agree on corrective actions with auditees, and refer serious or contentious issues to the lead auditor.
  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
  • Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree or Equivalent Level in regards Safety topic.
