A global restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Global Technology team in Mexico City. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and serving as a liaison between business and development teams. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in a related field, strong understanding of IAM concepts, and excellent English communication skills. This position offers exposure to innovative technological solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.
• Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for IAM features.
• Support preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Help translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IAM application.
• Coordinate with development teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
