A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support facility and maintenance projects. This role involves inspecting HVAC systems, identifying maintenance issues, and optimizing equipment performance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and possess an NCII HVAC or DOMRAC certificate. Formación

  • 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and/or repair.
  • Must possess NCII HVAC or DOMRAC certificate.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant regulations.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and document maintenance issues on HVAC equipment.
  • Consult the inspection team on HVAC system status.
  • Analyze HVAC systems to optimize performance.

Conocimientos

We are looking for HVAC Technician who will be supporting the Facilities and Maintenance Project in Subic, Zambales. As part of the facility team, you will be responsible for inspecting HVAC systems, electrical components of HVAC equipment, piped utility services, and general fire protection components.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and document maintenance issues on HVAC equipment
  • Consult the inspection team on the HVAC system and equipment status
  • Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and identify solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation
  • Attend regular meetings with the project team
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualification to be successful in the role
    >A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and/or repair
  • Must have an NCII HVAC or DOMRAC certificate
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, building products, construction details/design and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
