The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include developing employee retention strategies and managing high-volume hiring. Proficiency in Excel and intermediate English are required. Responsibilities

• Employee retention strategies

• Management of key indicators such as turnover and absenteeism
• Knowledge and handling of labor cases
• Ability to coordinate and work at a managerial level
• Presentations and participation in corporate meetings
• Knowledge, application, and corrective actions related to NOM-035

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed, with diploma and professional license
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory-level position
