A leading company in HR management located in Tijuana is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include developing employee retention strategies and managing high-volume hiring. Proficiency in Excel and intermediate English are required. This role offers an opportunity to lead workplace improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
