A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage and coordinate HR strategies across multiple locations in Mexico. This role involves aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing settings, and must be proficient in both English and Mexican labor legislation.

Formación

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience leading HR operations in multi-site environments.
  • Experience in matrix and multicultural organizations.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (LFT) and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with leadership in North America to align HR initiatives.
  • Lead and develop HRBPs from each plant site.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, and other departments.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to site and corporate leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession management, and talent review.
  • Support global HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation.
  • Oversee HR budgets and key people metrics.
  • Act as a change agent for culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and coach HR team members.

About the Role

Will be responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy and operations across corporate offices and several manufacturing sites across Mexico, ensuring alignment with business goals and North America HR strategic priorities. This position provides leadership and partnership to each plant HRBP and Centers of Expertise to deliver value-added programs and services that support talent management, organizational development, total rewards, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and global HR standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership in North America to align HR initiatives with corporate and regional business objectives.
  • Lead and develop HRBPs from each plant site, ensuring consistent practices across the country.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development, Payroll, and Communications to implement regional and global HR programs.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to site and corporate leadership teams, focusing on culture, leadership, and performance management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor regulations, internal policies, and ethics standards.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession management, and talent review processes for Mexico operations.
  • Support and coordinate participation in global HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, EVP, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Oversee HR budgets, headcount, and key people metrics to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a change agent supporting integration of internal culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and coach HR team members to strengthen capability, collaboration, and career progression.
Job Profile – Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or related fields.
