YOUR ROLE
  • Manage day‑to‑day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards
  • Assist in implementing recognition and well‑being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Help develop and manage performance‑based compensation
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights
  • Generate reports for HR leadership detailing trends and recommendations
  • Provide support in HR initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility projects
  • Address and resolve employee queries regarding total rewards
  • Inform and educate employees about their benefits and any compensation options
  • Maintain compliance with total rewards processes and assist in their optimization for enhanced efficiency
  • Participate in job evaluation processes, contributing to the grading and evaluation of roles
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Compensation and Benefits/Rewards
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous experience with contact with suppliers and stakeholder management
  • Effective communication and highly analytical skills
