Formación

• Minimum 2 years in HR Shared Services or similar role.
• Experience with data management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manage benefits enrolment and initiate payments.
• Gather data for HR reports and presentations.
• Support HR processes including talent management.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Resolve escalated HR cases promptly.
