The Role
Position: HR Manager
Location: Mexico City, Mexico

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments, with a strong focus on front-office and technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Support the performance management process and assist in implementing employee development plans
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
- Participate in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data and working closely with the finance department
- Contribute to internal HR projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives

Ideal Profile
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and proficiency in English (B2). Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Specialist, within the FX industry
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
- Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
