The Role

Position: HR Manager

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Work model: on-site

Employment type: full time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments, with a strong focus on front-office and technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
  • Support the performance management process and assist in implementing employee development plans
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data and working closely with the finance department
  • Contribute to internal HR projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives

Ideal Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and proficiency in English (B2). Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Specialist, within the FX industry
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
