Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.

About the Role
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support our growing operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing local employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws. This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of regional HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). It would be even better if you understand Chinese.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievance resolution.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll coordination with external vendors and ensure timely processing.
  • Manage local benefits programs (e.g., social security, health insurance, annual leave).
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all HR practices align with Mexico labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage work permit/visa processes for expatriates.
Performance Management
  • Support the implementation of performance review cycles and career development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.
HR Reporting
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment status).
  • Analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Proven expertise in Thai labor laws and employment practices.
  • Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
