A multinational technology company in Monterrey seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to support recruitment, implement HR policies, and coordinate onboarding activities. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, alongside advanced English skills. Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with HR Management Software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full recruitment cycle including drafting job postings and conducting interviews.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Track and maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Manage employee data in HR software.
