About the Role

As an HR Digital Support Coordinator at Essity, you will be the first point of contact for HR system‑related queries and issues raised by employees, managers, and HR staff. Your role is key to ensuring timely and accurate ticket resolution, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation. Based in our Santa Fe office, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Mexico and Gothenburg, supporting our global HR community.

What You Will Do
  • Resolve HR System Queries: Manage and resolve tickets in our HRIS system promptly and accurately.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for automation and service enhancements.
  • Knowledge Management: Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal expertise.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and HR teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate Across Units: Work closely with different organizational units to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support Service Development: Contribute to the creation and improvement of HR digital services and processes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Turn insights into actions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Who You Are
  • A university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in ticketing systems and HR administration or service sector roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and eagerness to learn and become a trusted go‑to person.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, or Italian are a plus.
