El candidato ideal tendrá más de 10 años de experiencia en recursos humanos, con un fuerte enfoque en el desarrollo organizacional y las relaciones laborales. Formación

  • 10+ años de experiencia relevante o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.

Who You Are

You bring expertise in the ability to lead and influence others effectively and impart knowledge efficiently through various methods of training and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Participates in business unit meetings to provide HR insights and workforce planning support
  • Leads talent development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
  • Advises on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coaches managers to foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement
  • Supports organizational change and cultural transformation efforts
  • Analyzes HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Oversees recruitment processes and job description development
  • Supports workers’ compensation, safety programs, and leave administration
  • Maintains accurate HR systems and employee data
  • Mentors HR team members and contributes to HR projects and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Human Resources Managment, Psychology, Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws required.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Advanced in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong web browsing and internet research capabilities.

Work Schedules include….
  • May include variable start / end times outside of the company’s standard business hours of 7 : 00 a.m.– 5 : 00 p.m.
Compensation

Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
