A leading global hospitality company in Monterrey is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and managing profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a background in hotel management. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience as a General Manager and a degree in Hotel Management.

Formación

• At least 4 years as a General Manager with significant experience in the region.
• Experience managing third-party asset managers.
• Managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting in a similar property.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel.
• Lead in all key property issues including capital projects.
• Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced.
