Help Desk Coordinator 2

Education :

  • Bachelor in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician , Computer Applications or equivalent.


  • Experience in call center or customer service environments
  • Account Administration experience is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware and software is desired.
  • English 80% (spoken and written)

Skills/Knowledge :

  • Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets , system access administration
  • Exposure to Oracle database a plus.

Responsabilities / Activities :

  • Delivering technical customer support; answering phone calls, chats and e-mails both in English and in Spanish. Analyzing the 'content' of the call or email to determine if an incident needs to be logged in a database and then dispatching it to the corresponding support group.
  • Account Administration for different tools .
