A technology solutions company in Mexico City is looking for a Head of Sales to join their expanding team. This role requires extensive experience in B2B software sales, particularly in the LATAM market. The Head of Sales will evaluate expansion opportunities, lead negotiations, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets while building key customer relationships and guiding a sales team. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential for this role.

Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in selling in LATAM market.
  • Experience in seeking out partnerships/resellers.
  • Experience in leading a small sales team.
  • At least 5 years of B2B software/technology sales experience.
  • Must have experience working with board management solutions (a plus).
  • Preferred experience in selling to international markets.

Responsabilidades

  • Represent the company in negotiations with business partners.
  • Report analyses and future business predictions to management.
  • Assess potential business partnerships for benefits.
  • Analyze past and present sales data for future growth.
