About the Role
At Tekton Labs, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to own our global marketing strategy and lead generation efforts across the Americas. This role is critical in helping position Tekton as a strategic technology consulting firm — not just generating leads, but building market authority and reputation through creative, data-driven marketing.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals, generate qualified demand, and elevate the Tekton brand at every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & ABM
- Build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy targeting key markets (USCAN & LATAM)
- Align campaigns with quarterly sales targets and collaborate with Client Partners and Strategic Advisors
- Lead multi‑channel demand generation efforts focused on quality MQLs over volume
- Manage and optimize campaign execution across digital, social, media, events, and partnerships
Brand Positioning & Content Strategy
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Manage the corporate website as a core sales channel — optimizing SEO, UX, conversion, and storytelling
- Collaborate with technical leaders to extract insights and success stories and transform them into authoritative content: whitepapers, case studies, blogs, etc.
- Manage presence and reputation on external platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS, GCP)
- Identify and submit entries for awards, recognitions, and certifications that validate Tekton’s market position
Sales Enablement & Commercial Alignment
- Equip the sales team with materials they need to win: pitch decks, one‑pagers, battle cards by industry
- Sync marketing calendar with commercial goals to align outbound & inbound efforts
Data-Driven Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee marketing CRM quality and design workflows, lead scoring, and attribution models
- Own the marketing budget and report on key business impact KPIs: CAC, ROI, Lead Velocity, Conversion, MQL‑SQL

Requirements
Background
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or similar
- 6+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, preferably in tech or consulting
- Advanced certifications in Inbound, RevOps, SEO/SEM, or AI for marketing are a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced HubSpot CRM expertise (workflows, lead scoring, attribution, audit & optimization)
- Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics and campaign performance indicators
- Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and SEO strategy
- Familiarity with digital reputation platforms (Clutch, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Comfort working with market research and competitive intelligence
- Advanced level of English
