About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing who understands the intersection of commerce, gamification, product psychology, and data-driven growth. Someone ready to scale Watch Gang’s unique ecosystem—daily drops, spins, rewards, tiers, and limited releases—into a dominant, industry-shaping experience.

What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy
- Architect a full-funnel growth strategy tailored to Watch Gang’s unique business model.
- Drive measurable increases in AOV, LTV, CAC efficiency, repeat engagement, and membership retention.
- Identify high-impact opportunities quickly—and execute without hesitation.
Gamification & Engagement
- Strengthen the core experience across spins, drops, VIP tiers, incentives, and rewards.
- Turn “fun” into revenue using gamification.
- Build engagement loops that elevate participation, excitement, and viral lift.
Upsell, Monetization & Loyalty
- Expand upsells across membership tiers, exclusive offers, add-ons, curated collections, and time-limited incentives.
- Enhance upgrade paths and loyalty rewards that increase AOV and drive long-term member value.
- Build new revenue levers with a premium, value-first mindset.
Brand & Creative
- Own the creative vision for Watch Gang end-to-end—premium voice, strong identity, and consistent narrative.
- Lead content and storytelling across paid media, email, SMS, social, onsite, and loyalty.
- Ship campaigns that attract, convert, and retain—without sacrificing brand integrity.
Ecommerce & Analytics
- Bring a forward-thinking analytics approach: segmentation, experimentation, funnel diagnostics, attribution, and CRO.
- Partner with product and engineering to improve UX, conversion paths, and on-site gamified touchpoints.
- Translate insights into action across acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
Team Leadership
- Serve as the creative lead managing and growing an internal, cross-functional marketing team.
- Set high standards, drive clarity, and empower a culture of experimentation and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Merchandising, CX, and Leadership to align company-wide initiatives.
What You Bring
- Deep experience in ecommerce growth, ideally with subscription or gamified consumer products.
- Proven success scaling AOV, LTV, acquisition channels, and retention performance.
- Strong command of paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, influencer strategy, and loyalty frameworks.
- A balance of creativity and financial rigor—your ideas look great and convert.
- Leadership that communicates directly, thinks strategically, and executes decisively.
- A point of view on where ecommerce and gamified consumer experiences are heading next.
