Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 business development professionals driving accountability and performance across markets.
  • Own end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to deal closure with aggressive revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and large partnerships to maximize profitability and long-term retention.
  • Drive data‑led decision‑making balancing partner satisfaction with the company’s financial objectives.
  • Build and implement scalable frameworks for performance tracking, reporting and business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (Revenue Operations, Legal and Central Teams) to deliver business impact with minimal dependency.
  • Foster a problem‑solving, solution‑oriented culture focused on execution over escalation.
  • Champion ethical but commercially astute decision‑making protecting company interests while maintaining constructive partner relations.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience including 34 years leading teams of 10 members.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or enterprise partnerships in a target‑driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, startup‑like environments; experience in hospitality, retail or real estate is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited central oversight.
  • Empathetic leader who values team growth but prioritizes organizational goals and outcomes.
Preferred Background
  • Prior experience in hospitality, real estate or retail sectors.
  • Exposure to P&L ownership, pricing strategy or contract negotiations.
  • Proven track record of improving margins, scaling teams and driving measurable business growth.
