A global leader in drilling solutions is seeking a GTM Country Manager for Mexico. This critical role is responsible for leading operations, managing P&L, and overseeing sales, customer service, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of commercial leadership experience, a strong background in mining or drilling sectors, and fluency in English and Spanish. This full-time position is based in Zacatecas, Mexico, with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence.

Boart Longyear is seeking a GTM Country Manager – Mexico who will be responsible for leading operations in Mexico. This pivotal role will carry full P&L accountability and oversee commercial sales, customer service, technical services, logistics, safety and the distributor network across the country. The successful candidate will drive sustainable growth, operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction by aligning sales and operational strategies with corporate goals.
