Responsibilities

As a part of Procurement (S2C) team, manage RFX & Contracting activities, for IT category, covering IT Hardware, Software as well as Services. Ensuring alignment with business needs, delivering cost savings, and driving compliance. The role partners with stakeholders, legal, and suppliers to enable efficient, value-driven, and compliant sourcing.

  • Own RFX process for low to medium risk IT Hardware, Software & Services projects – from stakeholder intake, market scan, RFx setup and execution, to order award recommendation.
  • Drive RFX activities including but not limited to: drafting RFP requirements in partnership with stakeholders, collaborating with suppliers throughout the RFP, analyzing responses and providing award recommendations.
  • Partner closely with GP category leads to improve strategic sourcing processes and collaborate to drive continuous improvement goals.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts in partnership with legal, category leads, and suppliers, ensuring terms meet PepsiCo's compliance and business requirements. Support category manager(s) & regional leads to incorporate special terms as applicable.
  • Manage eSourcing and e-auction tools (e.g., Ariba, Archlet) and lead automation, digitization, and dashboarding initiatives across procurement touchpoints.
  • Deliver cost savings, contract coverage, and sourcing productivity per annual targets through proactive project identification and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coach junior ICC procurement team members and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on RFX & Contracting best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Support supplier development capabilities in partnership with global team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical background preferred); MBA (good to have)
  • 4–5 years of procurement experience (with at least 2-3 years in IT category), preferably in global shared services or matrix organizations (experience working with US /Europe stakeholders highly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of RFx processes, e-auctions, and proposal analysis.
  • Knowledge of indirect procurement categories and global procurement practices.
  • Familiarity with e-sourcing tools (Ariba) and e-auction methodology.
  • Proficiency in scenario analysis and bid optimization.
  • Familiarity with autonomous sourcing technologies powered by AI/ML.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboards for decision support.
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills and proficiency in English language.
  • Experience working in a global organizational structure.
  • Ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations and global teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, category leads) and external suppliers.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities for contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills. Strongly desired.
