A leading global technology company seeks a SEP Implementation Specialist to ensure successful deployment of their Property Management System solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel operations, technical proficiency in PMS systems, and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. This role demands a commitment to quality service and may involve up to 80% travel within the Americas. Competitive compensation and overtime according to Mexican labor law are provided.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations, understanding front desk, housekeeping, reservations.
• Experience as a super user with hospitality PMS systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PMS implementation projects at customer sites.
• Manage end-to-end implementations with user training.
• Prepare and submit all required project reports.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong understanding of front desk operations

Advanced knowledge of PMS functionalities

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, hospitality or business field
