A leading mobility technology platform is seeking an experienced employee relations manager to ensure alignment between employee interests and company objectives. Responsibilities include managing grievances, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and developing training programs. The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR and extensive experience in employee relations management, fluent in English and Spanish. This role is based in Mexico City and offers a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 3-5+ years experience in employee relations management.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience working with global or multi-national companies is an added plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create a standard code of conduct consistent with company values.
• Manage Discipline Management and Grievance Management policies.
• Provide systematic resolutions to employee relation issues.

Conocimientos

Fluent English & Spanish communication

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management
